As noted in our Terms of Service, if you require us to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) subject to HIPAA, a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) must be executed. These Terms alone do not constitute a BAA.

We do not knowingly collect or process PHI unless explicitly agreed upon in a BAA. If you inadvertently share PHI without a BAA in place, we reserve the right to delete or return that data and may terminate related services if HIPAA obligations cannot be fulfilled.
